We proudly offer Pickup and Local Delivery options to local high schools that are collaborated with whenever possible. If your item is not eligible for Pickup or Local Delivery, shipping fees will apply.

• Shipping charges are determined at the owner’s discretion, based on the item’s size, weight, value, and destination.

• After your order is placed, we will contact you with the shipping cost prior to finalizing payment or shipment.

• We use reliable, cost-effective carriers to ensure timely and safe delivery.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products:

• All sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

• No refunds will be issued for products that have entered production or are completed, as these are custom or made-to-order items.

• Approved returns or exchanges are subject to review and must be returned in original condition.

• Return shipping costs (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.
